We’re looking for a highly passionate rockstar Affiliate Manager that will join our growing marketing team and lead our affiliate efforts.

We believe in creating strong and special bonds with our affiliates by onboarding them to join the Puls family and helping them grow and develop through constant optimization and exceptional creativity.

The ideal candidate is hard working and ready to crush it every day.

Responsibilities

- Develop the overall affiliate marketing strategy with focus on user acquisition.
- Invest in active recruitment and hunting of new affiliates, networks, publishers and partnerships - reach out, negotiate and own the onboarding process.
- Never take anything for granted and constantly test new partners and channels to find additional qualified sources of traffic (CPM, CPC, CPL, CPA, Flat Fee).
- Monitor and optimize the affiliates performance to improve processes, conversions and overall success, as well as initiate actions to maximize revenue.
- Day to day support of affiliates - management, maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Motivate affiliates to provide maximum exposure and revenues.
- Develop and expand the affiliate programs marketing tools (LPs, banners, ads, texts,...).
- Keep up with trends in the affiliate marketing space and monitor competitors’ activities.
- Participate in professional exhibitions and other initiatives and meetings as needed.

Requirements

BA/BSc degree in relevant field (marketing, economics, law,...)
Previous experience as an affiliate manager (or a very quick learner...)
- Experience with MS Excel and/or alternative data manipulation tools such as Tableau - preferred
- An insatiable appetite for learning
- Ability to self-manage and prioritize
- Self starter
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional creativity
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
