In many cases, we can be at your doorstep today. The technology behind our platform allows us to quickly find a trusted Puls technician in your area and match them to your job. We often respond faster than our competitors. If you do not need a same-day appointment, we can schedule an appointment for a time that is most convenient to you. Scheduling ultimately depends on our technicians' availability and on your desired appointment time.
Your Puls technician will text or call you when they are on the way. Unlike other services, you typically do not have to wait long for us to arrive.
For many Puls services, such as appliance repair or TV mounting, you will need to let our technician into your home. For other services, such as mobile device repair, we are happy to meet you at your office, gym, or even a nearby coffee shop.
Not necessarily. Many customers enjoy observing the technician and seeing how the work gets done, but you're more than welcome to run errands, attend to work, or focus on anything else during that time. Our goal is always to make your day easier.
We don't request payment from you until after the repair or installation is complete. At that time, you can simply pay our technician using his or her mobile phone. We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal.
Please visit our pricing page for a summary of the costs for each of our services. Our prices include parts, labor, and a 90-day guarantee, but they do not include local sales tax, which varies by city and state. Once you have booked an appointment, you will see an estimate of your total price.

Puls+ is an annual membership. Once you have paid for a membership, it will be active until the one year anniversary of the date of purchase.
You may cancel your recurring membership at any time prior to your anniversary date of purchase. You will not receive a refund or credit for any remaining time; however, you will retain any premium features or benefits through the end of your Puls+ Membership Term. Subscription fees paid are final and nonrefundable.

We store your credit card information for automatic renewal one year after your purchase date. You will be notified in advance when your membership will renew. If you would like to cancel your auto-renewal, please email memberships@puls.com with your request.

Every service call from a Puls Handyman begins with an estimate of the cost of the service. During this process, your handyman will discuss the scope of the service you are requesting and provide you with the cost prior to completing any work.
We do not charge you a fee for the estimate as long as you choose Puls to perform your handyman work. If you decline the service from Puls, then we will ask you to pay a $79 fee to cover the visit.

Our standard TV mounting prices do not include the price of the TV bracket itself, but we make it easy to purchase a fixed, tilting or full motion TV bracket when booking your service. In that case, your technician will bring the brand new bracket to your appointment.

We'd be happy to connect you with a technician who can perform a Service call on your phone and determine whether Puls can repair it. We do charge a fee for Service call tests. However, if the technician is able to diagnose and solve the issue, we'll waive the Service call fee and simply charge you for the needed repair.
Puls technicians are able to provide screen replacements, new battery installation, and charging port replacements. If your device has another issue and the technician is unable to fix it, we won't charge you anything beyond the Service call fee.

Every service call from a Puls garage door technician includes a 25-point safety check for your garage door and its components. During this check, our technician will inspect your garage door system to guarantee it is working as it should. If we spot damaged parts that need to be replaced or signs of upcoming problems, we'll advise you on the best way to fix the problem before it becomes more serious.
We do not charge you any fee for the inspection as long as you choose Puls to perform your garage door repair. If you decline the recommended repair from Puls, then we will ask you to pay a $39 fee to cover the cost of the inspection.

Some smart home devices are specifically designed to withstand weather and outdoor conditions (security cameras, doorbells, etc…). However, some may not be able to operate or function properly outside. Ask your technician for best practices with your selected smart home device.

Poor internet connections can cause your new device to not function as expected. WiFi repeaters and extenders can be a quick fix for this issue. Talk to your technician for the best solution for your home.
