Click & Fix Plans

Members have two payment options.
Option one is a one-time payment for an annual membership that begins on the date of purchase and ends on the 1-year anniversary of purchase date. Option two is a monthly payment of their annual membership divided across twelve months. Puls has the right to choose which payment option will be available to the user at the time of purchase. Benefits are not transferable and must be used by the purchaser. Member discounts may not be combined with other offers nor discounts unless stated otherwise.

Click & Fix Membership holders are eligible for discounts on certain services, as well as other benefits. Actual benefits may change from time to time so you are encouraged to periodically review the most up-to-date premium features and benefits by visiting puls.com/membership.

Click & Fix Members will abide by Puls’ general terms and conditions.

Membership Cancellation Policy

The Click & Fix Membership plan cannot be canceled and all fees paid are final and nonrefundable, unless otherwise determined by Puls Technologies, Inc.. You agree to complete payments for the full Annual Term.

Auto-Renewal

Your membership will automatically renew at the end of the annual term for another full term unless either party has provided the other party with written notice of non-renewal at least 30 days prior to the end of the annual term. If you wish to cancel your renewal, please email memberships@puls.com.

Membership Discount

Click & Fix members are eligible for up to a 25% discount on labor for all services available at Puls.com in their location. Additional parts costs will be charged at full price. The member discount may not be combined with other offers or discounts unless stated otherwise.

Membership Payment Failure

If your primary payment method fails, you will receive a notice to update your payment method. If your payment method has not been updated within 10 days of payment failure, your plan will be suspended, and we will seek collection of the remaining balance.

Membership Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your annual Membership at any time prior to your 1 year anniversary date of purchase by emailing memberships@puls.com. You will retain any premium features or benefits through the end of the month in which you paid. In case of protection plan cancelation within 30 days of plan purchase, you will receive a 100% refund of the Plan Price, less the actual cost of any service, labor, payments, reimbursements, replacements, parts, coverages and/or benefits received, including but not limited to the given Protection Plan Reward and waived security & support fee. For cancellations after 30 days of plan purchase and before the full 12 month term, you will receive a pro rata refund of the Plan Price, less the actual cost of any service, labor, payments, reimbursements, replacements, parts, coverages and/or benefits received including but not limited to the given Protection Plan Reward and waived security & support fee. and less a cancellation fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) or ten percent (10%) of the Plan Price, whichever is less.

Protection Plan Purchase Reward

Members who purchase a protection plan are qualified to receive a discount of up to 40% off parts and labor on their current or future repair service as a reward for activation of a 12 month appliance protection plan. In case of protection plan cancelation before the full 12 month term, it will be required to return the prorated amount of the given reward.

Protection Plan Payment Failure

Your subscription will automatically renew each month without notice. You authorize Puls to store your payment method(s) and to automatically charge your payment method(s) every month for 12 consecutive months.

If your primary payment method fails, you will receive a notice to update your payment method. If your payment method has not been updated within 10 days of payment failure, we will suspend your Protection Plan and seek collection of the remaining balance as well as the prorated amount of the protection plan purchase reward.

Once you have paid up your account in full after a failed payment, the Protection Plan service will continue for the remainder of the month until the next payment is due.
