- Description: Freezer is cooling but the refrigerator is not. Cleaned the coils in the back and the exterior fan seems to be working. Can hear the compressor and sounds ok to me but not sure. Built in 2021 do should be under the 5 years warranty LG has for the compressor. Still not cooling after letting it stay unplugged for 7 hours.
