- Description: We have a newer model LG ThinQ refrigerator/freezer. We just got it four years ago, so it should not be having problems but the ice water system had indicated a Dh F meaning defrosting failure, so we have not been able to get water or ice out of the door and now the refrigerator and possibly freezer is not cooling as much as it did and are things are cool but not cold… We tried unplugging and reprogramming it several times and it would work temporarily and then go back to that message again and we need help before the holidays! Again, this is only a four year-old unit so we need some help and it shouldn’t be too much of an issue. We have already replaced the water filter and air filter and that’s not helped.
