- Description: Washed a load of towels, no problem. Followed with a load of colors and did not do a complete washing cycle. Although read wash complete, when opened the top the clothes were still very damp and the clothes softener still in the hold on top. Tried resetting it by unplugging and replugging, then starting the wash again but it did the same thing.
