- Description: Was on the spin cycle started making an unusual noise. When I got downstairs it had stopped and was filling for the extra rinse cycle. It then started the cycle and started making the noise again when the drum should have started and then stopped and made a noise like it was trying to work but would not and started to have a smell like a belt starting to burn or something electrical burning. I immediately pushed the button in to turn it off.
