- Description: Hello, We are having an issue with our refrigerator. It turns on but does not cool anymore. The freezer also does not freeze food. The refrigerator makes noise as if it is working, but there is no cold air. What we have already tried: • Unplugged the refrigerator and left it with the doors open for 24 hours to defrost. • Checked the drain hole and water outlet — everything is dry. • Turned it back on and waited several hours, but the refrigerator and freezer still do not cool. • The ice maker also does not start.
