- Description: The refrigerator & freezer is still not cooling. A Sears technician has worked on it 2 separate times. When he left yesterday, all seemed to be good. That was around noon time. This morning the refrigerator temperature is still only 54 degrees & freezer temperature is at 6 degrees. That is with doors closed for over 10 hours. Our service fee has already been paid. Can we PLEASE get this resolved today?
