- Description: Ice maker clogs up and won't drop ice. When I open it up, there is a frozen chunk attached to the ice maker that is preventing it from letting the ice come down. I had it "repaired" once and it worked for a while, but not for long. Now when I clear the ice chunk, it works for a short while and then I need to clear it again. There must be a leak somewhere to allow the chunk to form.
