- Description: Samsung RG267. Compressor not functioning properly. Box is at 74F. I did have to change out the water tank as it was broken. The water now works fine. The filter has been changed as well. The box has been down for over a week now. When we noticed it, the freezer was completely thawed and at 54F. The top box was still cold but eventually thawed as well. Everything is out of the box now including shelves. Easy to work on. My belief is the compressor is either shot or needs a charge. Box was manufactured 2010.
