- Description: we recently moved into a home in Magnolia. We did not notice during the sale of the home that the washer had a lot of mold build up on the rubber ring. The washer also had a strong mildew and mold smell. I tried cleaning the washer with cleaning tabs 4 times now and the smell is still there. I also tried to clean the rubber ring but I was only able to get some of the mold off. Looking for professional cleaning. I do know that the previous owner had a couple of pets inside the home.

When I researched the error code it has to do with the drain pump or possibly something clogged not allowing the water to drain. I tried to remove and clean the filter, but didnt see anything clogged.
