- Description: One of your techs, David, came out on September 30 to figure out the temperature problem with our Samsung refrigerator. It seemed to be running a little warmer than normal, 40-44 insreas of the steady 36. He did a check and determined the unit seemed to be running okay. He did notice the vent in the back to be quite dirty, so he used our vacuum to clean that the the area around the condenser. After resetting the temperature, 34 F, it seemed to be running smoothly. This morning, I noticed the temp had ticked up to 38 F (around 7 am) and at 10:30 am, 43 F degrees. I reset the temp back to 36 F and will monitor. It seems like the unit fails to start when the temp exceed the set temp, in this case 36 F.
