- Description: Has been taking several cycles to dry clothes/towels for a while; now is continuing to tumble but it’s not heating. Had to take the last lg. load of laundry (towels) to my son’s house to dry them. I put a small load of dish towels & a few quilted place mats in the dryer to test with a small load. It has been running now for about 45 min., the dishcloths feel cool but dry, the quilted placemats are still damp/cool.
