- Description: The washer began having issues draining water several months back (always careful to under-use detergent, if anything, I found myself having to run the clothes thru addn'l rinse/spin cycles to remove all suds). Next, washer was kind enough to warn us it needed cleaning with a specific brand name product. Product was purchased & used to no avail. Problems ensued and expanded. Leakage so bad one night we now have a living room ceiling that appears to be caving any moment. In short, it's a drum/drainage issue... so thinks the official laumdrymaiden of the house. Thanks!
