- Description: Purchased new and functioned optimally for less than a month. Very quickly started drying slowly (half loads taking 3-4 hours). There is no ventilation for humid air to escape, I checked for trapped lint and pulled the back of the dryer off to check lower by the hose connector. Due to running excessively, it no longer heats at all, it just cycles. I also noticed the lint screen doesn't ever trap any lint. And if it does at all, the lint is on the opposite side where it should be caught. It's possible the issue is in the line running outside and not in the dryer itself? It was installed 02.2023 Model # MEDC465HW
