Greetings! this is Brian, as an appliance technician I diagnose and repair mostly all types appliances and brands

- Issue: Not cooling, Ice maker not working
- Description: Freezer is not getting cold enough to keep food frozen. I've vacuumed the bottom coils and I did remove a bunch of dust and dog hair, (yuck!), but it didn't help. The ice maker has been out for awhile, so I'd like to replace that at the same time, if possible. If it's not practical to repair I want to get that diagnosis to get a new one if needed, but this one is over 15 y/o and I'd rather fix it if practical, as the new ones are worse quality. The model number is 106.54786802, Kenmore Elite Side-by-Side Refrigerator. Please let me know if I need to empty the fridge before my appointment, as it is located in a built-in cabinet type set-up.
