Greetings! this is Brian, as an appliance technician I diagnose and repair mostly all types appliances and brands
Last Job Completed:

- Issue: Odor, Not draining, Other
- Description: Doesn't seem to complete a full cycle. The detergent is used but the Oxi Clean and softener are not used. Not sure the clothes are actually being washed. At the end, there is no standing water but the clothes are very wet when the cycle finishes (like the spin was not complete). Sometimes the dashboard lights stay on and it says "End" as normal but the cycle doesn't seem to have been complete. Other times the dashboard lights turn off mid cycle and the cycle doesn't seem to have been complete.
