- Description: I had called LG a couple of weeks ago because my washer was not turning on. Tech came out and said it was tripping my breaker and that I needed an electrician. Called an electrician and he said the washer was tripping the breaker. He changed the plug from the GCFI to a regular one and the washer started to work. Yesterday however the washer gave me an error code stating the washer was not draining. I went on my app and followed the instructions to drain the washer. As I was going to check the filter at the bottom left near the drain hose, I was shocked really bad twice. I had to unplug the washer and as I opened the filter water started draining out and as I unplugged the hose water continued to drain out for 30 min. My whole utility room was flooded.
