- Description: This is an LG bottom-freezer refrigerator (model LFDS22520S /04). The refrigerator compartment is maintaining temperature, but the freezer is not holding temperature and continues to thaw, even with the door fully closed. The freezer door alarm is functioning properly, and this does not appear to be a door or user-related issue. The freezer temperature has progressively worsened over several hours. Main concern: Restoring proper freezer function and preventing food loss for the tenant. Please let me know next steps and scheduling availability. The unit is located in Hoboken and is accessible through the tenant. Thank you
