- Description: Hola, Le escribo porque mi secadora GE modelo GTD45EASJ3WS está presentando un problema. Cuando está funcionando y el tambor está girando, se escucha un ruido muy fuerte y anormal. El sonido ocurre durante el ciclo de secado mientras el tambor está en movimiento. El equipo sigue encendiendo y calentando, pero el ruido es bastante fuerte y parece provenir del interior, posiblemente del tambor o de alguna pieza relacionada con el giro. Agradecería que pudiera revisarla para determinar la causa del problema y realizar la reparación necesaria. Quedo atento a su disponibilidad. Gracias de antemano, Juan Carlos
