- Description: The temp went up in the freezer and down in the fridge last week. My friend who's fixed her refrigerators and changed out parts a lot of times came down to see what was going on. She vacuumed out a lot of dog hair from the back and then we realized that it was still happening so she took off the panel inside of the freezer and saw that it was completely frozen over so I hid it with the blow dryer and after that it seemed to work a little but the front panel was set to -1 for the freezer and for the refrigerator was set to 37. I bought a small thermostat and put it in the freezer and it was registering -20 degrees!!! Now its registering 20 degrees!! She said if it still did t work that it probably needs freon. She also thought that maybe the board for the front panel was the problem but I don't know. I need HELP!!
