- Description: Tenant reports refrigerator and freezer are not maintaining temperature and unit is actively defrosting. Water is leaking inside the kitchen and food is thawing. Front ice/water dispenser control panel has been removed by tenant after unit continued beeping and malfunctioning. This issue has occurred previously and Frigidaire has been out twice for the same problem. Requesting urgent diagnostic and repair to restore cooling and address repeated failure of dispenser control panel / defrost system. Optional Notes to Add Tenant currently storing frozen items in neighboring freezer to prevent food loss. Panel is currently removed and available for technician inspection. Permission to enter is granted.
