- Description: Washer two loads previously and it worked fine. Went to go wash the current load and washed, but did not drain fully. So I attempted to run a drain/spin cycle. It kept promoting me to "Add Garment" even though the washer was full of clothes. I even attempted to take them out and reposition them more evenly. That didn't work either. I have tried to fill the washer and run a soak cycle, and then a regular cycle following, and even that does not work. The soak cycle went fine, and the washer filled like normal. No leaking or anything that I could see. When I drained it to start the wash cycle, it drained the visible water, but seems like water may be retained under the drum. It still prompts to add garment and won't wash. Not sure what's going on or what happened between the last wash and this one. Last wash was 1 day prior.
