- Description: Ice maker not producing ice then after replacing water filter, stared making ice like it used to. Two day later ( Monday) we noticed a rattle which appears to be coming from the freezer. Also noticed that if I open either of the refrigerator doors, after 3-5 seconds later, the rattle stops. When I close the door the rattle starts up again. The rattle has been continuous all day. The unit appears to properly cool and does make ice.
