- Description: Just stopped working one day. Tried to diagnose / fix to no avail. I thought I felt ice build-up in the main area, so I figured it was just jammed with ice. I poured hot water to melt the ice and some was removed, but I don't think all the water drained and I wasn't able to soak up enough of the remainder for it not to just re-freeze, which is what happened and how it is now. I have had it turned off (bar up) and would appreciate a pro to diagnose and fix.
