- Description: Hi, my partner placed a straw small mat in the washing machine and it fell apart now its not draining. I tried to unscrew the external drain plug however it wont unscrew. I used a tool to try and grip onto it and half broke its a bosch 300 and the drain plug filter is colored blue if this helps
