- Description: The refrigerator is a two-section unit with the freezer on the top and the refrigerator compartment on the bottom. Recently, the lower refrigerator section has had difficulty maintaining a cold temperature. We suspect that cold air from the top vent (coming from the freezer section) is not adequately flowing down into the refrigerator compartment. Over the past several weeks, the refrigerator has been inconsistent in staying cool, which has affected food storage. The freezer section appears to be functioning normally.
