- Description: We requested service in March 2024. The prpblems were the control pannel was not working, the freezer was not cold, and the ice maker was not working. Paul was the service technician. I paid over $500 for the repairs. The control panel is again not working, the freezer is not cold, and the ice maker does not work. Your site says there is 90 days warranty including labor and parts. I have replied to your e-mail messages stating these problems, but have received no response.
