- Description: I clean the washing machine monthly with a fresh and have run loads of baking soda vinegar and bleach through it, and cannot seem to be able to get rid of the odor. The manual doesn’t offer any other ideas for cleaning however I see online that to do a deeper clean. It requires removing the drum which I am not capable of doing. Would your cleaning service be able to remove the drum of the top load washer to do a deeper clean?
