- Description: We have been waiting on a warranty visit for some time and would like to schedule a technician to conduct a warranty visit. We had the compressor replaced not more than a month ago and the refrigerator unit is still not functioning properly. We have been patient with PULS but the response has been less than stellar. We have tried to call, text and e-mail, but at the last moment, they have been cancelled. PULS tells us that they are obtaining warranty information regarding the repair but that has been over a week ago and we have been without a refrigerator for almost 3 weeks. Our address is 2312 Montana Street, Orlando FL 32803 and are requesting an immediate response.
