- Description: My dishwasher has a pool of water at the bottom of it everytime I use it. The problem has been going on for a couple weeks now; it never happened before. My apartment's service team has tried several things like changing the garbage disposal but the problem persist. On the 6th/latest service call, they told me the issue was food. The dishwasher couldn't drain because it was clogged with food. When I checked their work though, by running the dishwasher empty, it still didn't drain.

- Description: washer starts, the cycle begins and once the drain cycle starts the washer stops. The error code E1 F9 appears and the washer will not restart. I have to turn off the machine to get it to drain. We looked at the drain pipe and there doesn't appear to be any blockages. Only water came out of the valve.
