- Description: The washer makes a strange scraping noise when running particularly when changing direction, I think one of the support springs or shocks have gone bad or been dislodge. The spin power also seems to have been effected as clothes are often quite soggy when the cycle finishes (but there is not any water pooled up I think the spin just hasn't pulled the water out) Samsung washer model WF45R6100AC
