- Description: Electrolux fridge not cooling and has error code on panel….looks like SY EF, but some of the panel LEDs are out. This morning we noticed the refrigerator temp was 55 degrees but the freezer appeared to be fine. We unplugged it and waited a few minute before plugging it back in. All appeared to be working as the fridge temp went down to 36/37 degrees after a short while. Then about 11:00pm we saw the error code.
