- Description: Water leaks into the freezer compartment (bottom drawer freezer) , forming a covering of ice across the bottom of the freezer compartment, that eventually causes water to leak out onto my wood floor, damaging it. On previous repair a pipe was removed from the back and cleared of gunk clogging it, but this only fixed the problem for a number of months. Previous repairman says due to a design flaw he cannot do a longer term fix. Can you? Are you familiar with this issue?
