- Description: One day I noticed that the drinks were not as cool as they usually were I opened up the freezer and my pizzas are not hard they look like they're still frozen a little bit but they're not frozen with ice crystals on top and they kind of move instead of being like a hard plank they kind of move and it's getting worse I need someone to come out and look by the 22nd if possible It is not cooling like it should
