Last Job Completed:

- Description: I placed a service call yesterday from Puls , my complaints were same as in this online service call . There was a sheet stuck in bottom of washer which he did remove, and he ran the washer, empty for a few minutes, however, after running a small load of laundry after he left, it is still leaking and not spinning properly. He was here 45 minutes and I was charged 242.00 and it is not fixed. I reached out to him and he said there is probably more wrong with it requiring another service call and expensive parts for a repair. The washer has a 10 year warranty on the drive motor and wash basket which I am sure would solve this issue. He then recommended that since the parts would be so expensive, that I purchase a new washer. He did not explain to me exactly what he did, there were no parts purchased and it is not repaired. Why was there an $89 service fee online and was charged $242 and it is not fixed? Tural was very polite but there was clearly no explanation that what he fixed would work and may require further expensive repairs and possible replacement. I am angry and feel taken advantage of perhaps because I am a woman. Also, there was no discussion about additional service fee, which, if it were fixed, would not have been an issue. Please do not send the same technician and since this has not been fixed, I want it fixed without any service fee.
