- Description: The freezer stopped working been though the temperature said it was 5 degrees. In about one week, the refrigerator portion did the same. When I press the sequence of button to reset, it flashes an error code of 25 C. "Samsung Refrigerator 25C Error Code Possible Causes The defrost heater is defective. The defrost temperature sensor is defective. The defrost high limit sensor is defective. The main PCB is defective. Wiring issue between the defrost loop and the main PCB. The defrost room is overwhelmed with ice."
