- Description: I had Best Buy repairman diagnose that it’s leaking refrigerant but they said they aren’t allowed to repair it. The 5 year warranty apply to the sealed compartment and Samsung must approve the diagnosis before the work starts and then they will reimburse me. Only the top section of the refrigerator isn’t working.
