- Description: I opened the little compartment of the front loading washer to see if it needed to be emptied of lint, etc. Instead, about 2/3 cup of water came out. The alarm then activated as the water sensor detected water on the floor. I mopped it up and reset the alarm thinking all was well. The next day I started a wash and the alarm went off again and there was a small amount of water that leaked out. I assume it's a small fix. The alarm is now muted but still activated even though I wipe the sensor dry and raised it above the floor.
