- Description: we've been noticing something going on with the fridge for the last week or so. I just bought some fridge thermometers. The upper 1-2 shelves aren't getting below 50 degrees, while the rest of it does get down to the normal 40 degrees. There is some ice forming behind one of the lower shelves, but if I'm being honest I'm not sure if that's new or has been there all along.
