- Description: Water dispenser started pouring slower and slower, then stopped pouring completely, or to a drip. This condition immediately after my service to replace a leaking valve for the water dispenser! That Monogram technician was also asked to replace the water filter. The water never dispensed normally after that service! When I looked at the filter he put in, it visually looked scared (heavily) with black marks on it. Previously, I called Monogram to schedule a Service Call. The Technician said he needed to pull out the Refrigerator, but because he was alone he could not pull it out. Later in his visit, he noted to me a strap around the refrigerator for Earthquakes. He provided me a price of $600 + to replace the refrigerator water pump! I could not afford that large repair at that time so he left. Since that time, my ice maker stopped producing ice! Crushed and cube dispenser non working also. I hope we can fix the water function of my appliance, where I can get another year or so use out of it, until time comes that our economy gets repaired!
