- Description: The refrigerator that my mom has is currently no cooling in both the freezer and the refrigerator part. They do see they have a fault code 84 c. They did do some basic troubleshooting (turning the fridge off for 10 minutes and restart it, clean the coils in the back, etc.). They are noticing that the motor is not making any noise what so ever.
