The lower section is extremely cold (to the point of freezing items), while the upper section is not cooling properly and food stored there is spoiling. It appears that there may be a problem with internal air circulation. The airflow does not seem to be distributing cold air evenly between the bottom and top sections. Could you please inspect the unit, particularly the evaporator fan, air vents, and airflow system, to determine the cause of the uneven cooling? Thank you.
