- Description: This is a Kenmore elite front load washing machine that isn’t draining. It has the “OE“ code, we cleaned the front filter drained, and that couldn’t that didn’t clear it. We also checked the output hose and that seems clean and I didn’t clear it we did the five minute pull the power plug and then restart and I didn’t do it, but it doesn’t make a grinding noise when it’s trying to pump the water out we kind of think we got some bad hair or kids soccer something stuck in the pump and or a bad pump because we did that
