- Description: The ice maker is leaking water. Apparently our tenant said she heard a noise at about 3pm in the afternoon but never bothered to check to see where the noise was coming from. She went down to the basement to the laundry room to wash clothes and noticed water pouring from the ceiling. She then called us at 10:52 pm to notify us but she was home the entire day. My husband went to house to check the main valve and shut off the water.
