My name is Eric! I grew up doing appliance repair with my family. I started when I was about 6 years old.
Last Job Completed:

- Issue: Leaking, Not draining
- Description: Our washer and dryer did not work for an entire month, and today, an electrician came out and replaced the faulty wiring. Then, we were able to successfully run a washer and dryer load with no problems after that. Then today, while running a second load, it started to leak out of the bottom of the washer, right before the drain and spin cycle. We tried to manually run the drain and spin cycle to force the water out, but it would not go at all— it just made a humming sound… so we had to manually scoop all of the water out of the drum and clean up all of the water on the floor and under the washer as much as we could. There is still water in the underside part of the drum that we cannot access, and we are afraid that this is slowly dripping out onto the floor and is going to cause water damage to the floor. This is especially concerning because we live on the third floor of an old row home. Please help us ASAP because we the washer does not work or drain or spin at all now and we are afraid this is going to cause severe floor damage from the water.
