- Description: The ice maker has been having issues it clearly will make ice it won't dump the ice into the drawer. This is a refrigerator has the freezer drawer on the bottom & I believe they refer to it as a French door Samsung refrigerator w/freezer drawer on bottom. A few nights ago there was water pouring out into the refrigerator bottom inside the actual fridge, the refrigerator owner said he had messed with the filter & twisted it around to remove it & look to see if it was clogged in anyway that would prevent the ice maker from preforming as it normally should & has. This transpired last night approximately 24 hours ago. Upon my arrival home this evening about an hour or so ago I noticed the fridge didn't seem to be cooling &;looked to the temperature control panel located inside the right side of the fridge. The 1st # I see is 0 & directly below that is a code FF. So immediately I googled the FF code for a Samsung refrigerator &:from what I gather FF means DEMO MODE & if I'm interpreting this right it is a cooling off mode & not currently cooling I am freaking out becz my brother who is the purchaser of this refrigerator is out of town until sometime tomorrow afternoon possibly. If the refrigerator isn't cooling then the food that's currently in there will go bad & that could and would be costly. Correct? What can I do there's no coolers to store food in here & it's far to warm to put frozen items in boxes & store outside. Just trying to avoid what could be major as far as frozen food replacement if it's not dealt with accordingly. Because I feel it will be blamed on me so I'm reaching out to any refrigerator repair company who can either walk me through it or come out on an emergency ASAP PLEASE SEND HELP PLEASE CALL RANDI @ 720-934-1946 IF SOMEONE THERE IN THE REFRIGERATOR REPAIR DEPT IS ABLE TO MAKE A HOUSE CALL AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE TO GET THIS REFRIGERATOR REPAIRED & RUNNING CORRECTLY.
