- Description: My LG Refrigerator has stopped cooling. We first noticed fluctuations in the cooling temperature about 9 months ago, but the problem would come and go. Now, it appears to have stopped cooling altogether. I need it fixed ASAP. MODEL: LRDCS2603S /00 Ser. No.: 103MRGC2X903 This model has the freezer on the bottom and was installed 3.5 years ago. I believe it is no longer under warranty. I used a Wi-Fi thermostat to record the freezer temperature over the past 6 months. I don't know if that's helpful, but I want you to know I have it.
