- Description: Sometimes the machine will stop during the wash and give an error code or “Sud.” I would then turn the machine off for it to automatically drain the water. In some cases, the door would remained locked, and I have to plug it out the wall and plug back in to trigger the draining process. If that’s not enough, then I would put it to Drain & Spin for the door to unlock. If I don’t use the machine for a few days, and then use it, we’ll get a bad odor.
