- Description: My mother washed a comforter and a coat last week. The machine made loud noises until she took one of the items out. Today, I tried to wash a load 4 different times and it does not seem to drain the water from the clothes all of the way. The fabric softener is still in the compartment and doesn’t seem to be used during any of the 4 attempts. Los does not stay locked anymore and when I lifted it slightly during a load, it doesn’t look like it is spinning at all.
