- Description: Brand new 2-day old SAMSUNG washer and dryer just purchased. Poor installation by vendor involving our very old electrical wall unit probably caused the substantial leakage after only 1 wash and 1 dry. Though no further usage of the Samsungs past that first and only wash and dry, leakage persists for 2 days. Would prefer to try your company to address this issue as the waiting times for tech visits from the vendor are unreasonable. We need immediate help as we are inoperable without our laundry activities. Please send a SAMSUNG specialist. Thank you.
