- Description: Your technician Lanell came out twice; first time he diagnosed water leak and ice maker not working as it being ice maker issue, so we paid for him to replace it. The water leak returned and he came back and diagnosed there was a part behind the ice maker that froze, so he unfroze it and the leak stopped and the ice maker made a small amount of ice. Then the water leak came back! When I reported the problem to Puls and Lanell, I was told a different technician would come out at no charge on 01/27/26 between 9-11am. Last minute Puls notified me the appt. was cx’d and to check the calendar to re-schedule. Please re-schedule the appt. for 01/29/26 between 2-4pm. Kindly acknowledge this message and confirm the appt.
